T bridge “Bald Bridge” (11" MID cut)

A bridge that I call “Bald Bridge” because it has the ability to go completely spineless or near spineless in the right conditions.

Please note: As you can see in the many pictures, this cultivar can put on 4 ft+ of completely spineless growth, however there are still some spines on the lower growth. 

Full sun, plenty of water, and height seem to produce these conditions in my environment. Very curious to see what conditions make it go spineless in other climates. Generally very fat for a bridge and once it has attained a decent amount of height: spineless.

Update 1/30/21: I’ve now seen these go completely spineless in a several different environments :)
